Chris Ward brings more than 35 years of experience in professional event planning, including 37 years with the Community Mental Health Association of Michigan, where she managed over 1,000 conferences, forums, and trainings.
She has partnered with numerous organizations, including AgeAlive, to design events that foster learning and community engagement. Now supporting AgeAlive more directly, Ward helps coordinate intergenerational programs and public events that strengthen relationships across campus and community.
She also serves on the management team for Area 28 Special Olympics, bringing a lifelong commitment to inclusion, logistics, and meaningful experiences.
